If you're a Showcase Listing Enhancement Subscriber with Realtor.com, we'll automatically upload your Buildatour.com tour to your Showcase Listing on Realtor.com FREE-OF-CHARGE. Realtor.com Showcase Listing Enhancements is a paid subscription with Realtor.com. So, if you don't pay an annual fee directly to Realtor.com, you are NOT a Showcase Listing Enhancements Subscriber.

If you are not a Showcase Listing Enhancements Subscriber, and you choose to have your tour(s) posted to your Non-Showcase Listing(s) on Realtor.com, there is an additional charge of $19.95 per tour for this service. This is exactly the charge that we incur from Realtor.com for this service, and we simply pass the charge on to you (without markup).

Realtor.com does not charge us for tour uploads to Showcase Listings.

If your tour is posted to your listing on Realtor.com, and the MLS number changes for that listing, please be sure to update the MLS number field in your Buildatour.com tour. Doing so will automatically notify our staff to re-upload the link to the new MLS number. Of course, when the MLS number changes, websites, including Realtor.com, generally recognize it as a brand new listing.

For Example: An existing tour posted to Realtor.com listing (MLS #12345) will not stay with the listing when the MLS number is updated to (MLS #54321), etc. Tours must be re-uploaded to a listing when the MLS number changes. So, it's important to update your when an MLS number changes.

When purchasing a tour, the secure checkout page will display a checkbox indicating "realtor.com link". Selecting this checkbox will add $19.95 to your total charge (per tour). If you are a Showcase Listing Enhancements Subscriber with Realtor.com, you should not check the "realtor.com link" checkbox. Instead, please select the checkbox just above credit information indicating "I Am a Showcase Listing Enhancements Subscriber". Doing so will not add charges to your transaction, but will notify our staff to upload the link to Realtor.com free of charge (provided the listing is verified as Showcase on Realtor.com).

Although it is helpful to select the "I Am a Showcase Listing Enhancements Subscriber" checkbox, we do check every MLS number with Realtor.com. If we find a listing to be Showcase, we will upload provided there is not an existing tour already posted to the listing.

If the "I Am a Showcase Listing Enhancements Subscriber" checkbox is selected, and the listing is verified as Showcase on Realtor.com, we will upload regardless of whether there is an existing tour on the listing or not. This will generally replace the existing tour with your Buildatour.com Tour.
