We are occasionally contacted by customers who tell us that their tour isn't showing up on their listing on MRIS or Homesdatabase.com (MRIS's Public Real Estate Site). The reason for this is almost always based on the fact that MRIS allows up to three Virtual Tours to be posted to a single listing. The first link posted to the MRIS listing will always be the first to open when the virtual tour link is clicked from the Homesdatabase.com website, or other sites that are fed by MRIS. Agent's often post the MRIS Slideshow link to the virtual tour field for their listing(s), which causes it to appear when the virtual tour button is clicked. If multiple photos are uploaded when the listing is input, the MRIS slideshow may automatically post to the Virtual Tour Button. Many of our regular customers that use MRIS choose not to post photos to their listing until their Buildatour.com tour has posted to MRIS. After the Buildatour.com tour has posted to the first virtual tour position on the listing, they may post additional photos and / or virtual tours without moving the Buildatour.com tour down on the list.

Additional virtuals tours posted to a listing will appear as "Other VT Link 1" or "Other VT Link 2" on the page that opens when the Virtual Tour button is clicked from the listing. So, if you've already posted a link into the Virtual Tour field of MRIS, additional tours added after that will appear in this manner. We've been told that it is possible to remove previous posted virtual tour links. When this is done, newer virtual tours move up the list. The tour at the top of the list will appear immediately when the Virtual Tour button is clicked from the listing page.
