We were unable to upload tours to the MRIS system all day yesterday and the problem persist today. We've been in regular contact with MRIS to monitor their progress in resolving this issue.
The latest word from MRIS on this issue (via email) was received a few minutes ago.
THIS FROM MRIS VIRTUAL TOUR GROUP: "This issue is a bug in a newly updated java code set that was deployed to the site on Monday evening. I received a fix from the developer about a half hour ago. We will be testing that fix today and tomorrow, and I hope to have it in place by tomorrow so long as it passes testing."
We have all tours purchased yesterday and today flagged for upload to the MRIS system as soon as they resolve the issue.
