I built a tour for one of my listings last year. My sellers decided to take the house off the market, and now want to put it back on. When I login to my Buildatour.com account, I don't see the tour there. What can I do? |

Diane, We host each tour for 12 months. Near the end of the 12 month hosting period, three automated e-mail reminder notices are generated and sent to the email address entered in the Buildatour.com account that the tour was initially built under. These automated emails provide clear directions on how to renew the tour for an additional 12 month period. If a tour is not renewed, it will remain on our server for 60 days following the expiration date. Tours are automatically and permanently deleted from our server at the end of this 60 day period. Unfortunately, if your tour no longer shows up on your "My Tours" page, it has been permanently deleted from our server. If you still have the tour images, you should be able to rebuild the tour in a just minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have further questions or need our assistance in any way, please contact us any time. Buildatour.com, L.L.C. (314) 256-9252 contact@buildatour.com |
