Trulia is a FREE service. Brokers and agents do not pay to list property on Trulia. Trulia.com generates profit from premium advertising ads on their site. But, basic links to property listings are free. They also provide free tools, charts, graphs, and other information. Their value-add advertising products are designed to increas brand presence and traffic to their site. Trulia is not a Real Estate Broker, and does not participate in selling selling real estate. They are an independent, unbiased real estate advertising and Search Web site. They do not hold a abrokerage license, nor do they get involved in sales transactions. All sales property sales transactions are handled by licensed real estate professionals affiliated with their partner sites. Trulia crawls each of their partner sites, and downloads a new data feed from each every 24 hours. However, delays in data processing may occasionally cause this to be longer. Trulia currently indexes over 3.5 million homes for sale across the U.S. They work directly with brokers who send their data feed, as well as agents who directly submit their listings to Trulia. They indicate that listing information on their site is updated once each day. They also list open house information and recently sold property information on their site. You can post your listings to Trulia.com in a few different ways. The one that is proably least difficult and most expeditions for individual agents wishing to put their properties on Trulia.com is entering each property individually using their Single Property Submit feature. According to Trulia, properties entered in this manner should appear in about 36 hours. Only residential properties in the United States are currently accepted by Trulia. They currently do not accept commercial, auction, rental or For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings. Currently Trulia only accepts active, residential listings in the United States. We do not feature commercial, auction, rental or For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings at this time. A property must be listed somewhere on the internet before you can post it to Trulia.com. So, if you have your own website, it's probably worth your time to post your listings to Trulia.com just for the link back to your website. A large degree of search engine ranking is dependent on how many other websites are linked back to yours. Of course, if your listing on Trulia gains the interest of a potential buyer, they'll almost surely wind up on your website. And that's where you want them, right? Once their on your Broker's website or your personal website, they'll see everything you want them too, including your Buildatour.com Tour.
