Hello again Robert,
Our tours consist of many files which play via XML and a Flash Template. YouTube only allows "single-file" uploads to their site.
This is a high priority update that we hope to achieve in some way in the future.
It is possible possible to use certain software packages to create a movie in YouTube Format (preferable .mp4)
To name only a couple from less expensive to more expensive, we've used "AnvSoft Photo DVD Maker" www.anvsoft.com/photo-dvd-maker.html for around $59, as well as "Techsmith's Camtasia Studio" www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp for around $299. Both of these products are reasonable easy to use, and allow you to create a Slideshow in more than one YouTube Format, including .mp4 (the YouTube recommended Format). In general, creating these slideshows is as simple as dragging your photos into the timeline, adding transitions if desire, and publishing.

Incidently, voice narration is possible with this type of software and "single-file" formats.
